I first learned about Pierre’s magical spirit and his journey while walking along the Brooklyn Bridge Promenade with his brother Andrew. After learning about his courage, determination, and compassion for others while fighting his own uphill battle I immediately asked if I could be involved. I couldn’t be more excited to help lift Pierre’s legacy and continue his mission of enriching the lives of other hospitalized children. His story should be an inspiration to everyone. He certainly inspires me to keep helping others and doing all the good one can possibly do regardless of our personal battles.

Charles received his Bachelor of Science in Accountancy and Business administration from the University of Illinois - Springfield. After graduating, he worked on President Obama's re-election campaign HQ in Chicago. After winning the re-election campaign, he moved to D.C. and joined a political consulting firm started by two senior Obama aides where he served as Chief Operating Officer.

Recently, he served as the Deputy CFO and Controller of Hillary Clinton's 2016 presidential campaign where he met Andrew and learned about his little brother, Pierre. He is currently the Chief Financial Officer of the Democratic National Committee and lives in Washington, D.C..

Charles is the oldest of 3 siblings. He is passionate about creating pipelines to create more diversity and inclusion in the political process. He likes to keep his downtime unplanned for spontaneous adventures.
